Gives flexibility to the shower, we even put in an extra control to eliminate switching between standard shower head and hand-held. Is as nice as it should be.

So these definitely aren’t cheap but the solid brass and definitely don’t feel cheap either. These have 1/2” npt female threads so most likely you will need a 1/2” pipe nipple close or shoulder probably

worked great. Gave more height in shower

KOHLER has special piping? Male parts looks not standard unfortunately, so need to return this.

I purchased this instead of the elbow and standard mounting bracket for a hand shower. I figured it would do the job of both and look cleaner. I installed it and it works fine except for the adjustment of the angle of the clamp. I tightened it up as much as I could and you can put the hand shower all the way straight up or all the way down, that's it. If I try to move it anywhere in between, it just slides down until the spray is facing down. The pivot ball does not have enough tension on it to keep the hand shower in a mid way position. I would have rated it 5stars if it would stay where I put it. I plan to take it apart to see if there is any way to make it tighter. I would think a shorter or lighter hand shower may work better with it, but the one I have is not excessive, so I am not sure if another style would work better with this bracket.

The plastic holder for our Delta showerhead wand had broken for the second time in way too short of a time.I didn't particularly like the length of the pipe out of the wall and this stainless steel model solved both issues.Only sticks out of the wall about three inches and is all metal. The tension on the ball can be adjusted easily (I coated the ball with silicone grease) without worrying about water leaking since the water supply line is independent of the holder.Good product and very nice looking as well.
