I a chorus teacher in the public school system. These little dry erase staff boards are fantastic! If only I had thought to buy them years ago. I have students quickly jot down what I call out, hold up their boards and check, and they erase and we start again. They are really fantastic- just the right size for each student to learn music notation. The back side is plain, which at first I didn't think I would like, but actually I like it better now that I'm used to it. . It allows for 2 ways to use the board. For example, you could use the plain side for learning music vocabulary and the staff side for notation. I used them just today. They clean up easy with a tissue swipe and a little squirt of the dry erase cleaner.

These dry erase board were used for a kid's music camp. Prior to camp, I cut apart inexpensive microfiber cloths into 3x3 squares, and sewed around the edges to prevent fraying. The kids used these squares as erasers which worked great. After the 5-day camp, I threw all the squares in the washer and dryer, and they're ready to go for next year's camp. The dry erase boards are good quality, they erase very well. Just be careful not to get marker on the pressboard (?) edges because it won't come off, but that doesn't take away from the boards - it's just cosmetic. Highly recommend for kids and the classroom or camp!

Very convenient for teaching music theory. I use with both children and adults.

I found these and they are great for helping students learn to read and write music. They are a 5 star quality and great idea for any student or teacher of music. Sadly, they are very expensive. Hence my 3 star rating. I feel like if they were $25 they would be worth a 5 star rating in my perspective.

Love love love the dry erase boards. I use these in my music classroom. One side is blank and the other has three music staffs. I would suggest you get thin expo markers and microfiber cloths to clean them.

They're easily erased and excellent material for writing.
