2nd Update:I just left my phone on the roof if my car like a big dummy. It hit the trunk, bounced off, hit the pavement. The back of the case came off, but wasn't damaged, my phone survived intact. I'm ordering another one.UPDATE:I originally purchased the Schnail case in April of 2020. It's now the end of August 2021, almost a year and half later, and it is still the best case I have ever purchased. It still looks brand new, and my phone is in immaculate condition. Yesterday, I dropped it down a rock retaining wall and my phone came out unscathed. The only complaint I have, and it's not really a complaint so much, is that I wore the kickstand out on the back fidgeting with it, popping it in and out, and now it won't stay in place. I would love to just replace the kickstand part, but the price of the case is so good compared to other inferior cases, that I don't really mind buying a new one. I wouldn't mind if they offered some more colors, but honestly the product doesn't have to have a lot of flash, it really is that good. I'm not kidding. Schnail didn't pay me anything for this review, I didn't get a free product. I'm that happy with it.I have had this on my phone for several months now, and it is still in perfect condition, as is my phone. The floors at work are polished concrete, and I am extremely clumsy. I drop my phone at a minimum twice a day, some days more. I've dropped it in parking lots and watched it bounce 5 feet away. My phone doesn't have a scratch on it, and neither does the case. It's hands down, the best case I've ever bought. Better than Otterbox. For as many times as I've dropped it, I would have expected the case to have a few knicks or cracks in it by now, or to come apart when it's dropped, but nope, not even a scuff mark. Occasinally when I drop it, the little kickstand on the back will pop out, but I just pop it back and and it's good to go. I'm not kidding, very very much worth the money. It's a little bit bulky, but still fits in my pockets, which considering how big the phone itself is (samsung S20 Ultra), that's not that bad. I am very pleased with this purchase. I want to give it 10 stars for durability and sturdiness.

This case is just about identical in size to an Otterbox Defender. The buttons are easy to press. It is very easy to hold this case and it has the best grip surfaces I have seen on cases for this phone. The kick stand works great. Very, very stiff at first, but a tiny bit of lube applied with a straightened paper clip fixed it pefectly. My stand does not rattle, it is solid. Wireless charging works although it is sometimes finicky about proper placement on the stand. I move it a little and it connects, so that's fine. Wireless power sharing? Your guess is as good as mine. I have Galaxy Buds and they don't charge but I don't care since I keep mine charged on a pad. My guess is that it would work charging another phone since the charging fields are larger but I'm only guessing at that. I like that the case is not as rubbery as the Otterbox Defender. My Otterboxes in the past have suffered swelling rubber and begin to feel tacky in the hand. This case feels nice and solid in the hand. I suppose the Defender is the gold standard in protection, but I think this case would fare just as well when dropped. It does not have a belt clip which is fine with me. That's not an accessory for which I have any use. In case you missed the very blatant warnings: No Screen Protector. Once again, this does not matter to me. Finally, there is no port cover for the USB. I like having one, but I can forgive this one omission. The USB port on this phone is water-resistant anyway. I would like to keep dust and lint out, but I'll just have to resort to a puff of air to blow the port clean if it comes to that. I think this is an excellent case. I understand that some people do not want a big case. I like it. You may not.I would say that its main competition for this case is the Unicorn UB Pro from SupCase. It is about the same price. It is slimmer given that the back is bevelled around the edges. The sides are less thick. It feels less bulky in the hand and slips in and out of a pocket more easily. The Unicorn has a belt clip, port cover, and a stand that works more easily than the Schnail. It is a worthy alternative.

After making a substantial purchase in my Samsung S20 Ultra I decided I better protect my investment. After pricing several needed items at the store I think I got a much better deal on Amazon. So, after much review, I settled on this phone protector. Arrived packaged and certainly beefier than others I read about. Personally, I value what others say about any product and always reciprocate with my opinion. This product will certainly provide substantial protection to my phone. Note, there is no screen protection, but that's well advertised on the sellers page. Pay attention to which case you need as this is not a Samsung S 20 all models unit. Screen protection is equally important, but can be found all over Amazon. My focus was the case and I'm more than pleased with my selection. The back raised camera surround does a great job of protecting the camera. I get an otter box feel but just not the bulk sense that the otter has. The built in kick stand also doubles extremely well for a finger hold when holding the phone to your ear on those never ending conversations.The vendor included a hand written note thanking me for my purchase, and sharing a little family/business history....nice touch, so thank you back.

I've had this case for 3 years and dropped my phone on train tracks, my hard tile floor, in the bathroom and more and it has done an excellent job keeping my expensive Samsung unharmed!! However, I became reliable on the back stand that props the phone up for reading and watching things and the flimsy plastic nobs it uses to slide open and flat failed after about 1-1/2 years. When the 2nd nob broke, the stand was worthless and I pulled it out. If the stand was still working, this would rate 5++ stars! I still use the cover but really miss the stand and want to buy a new cover for this reason.
