They sent this out faster than expected. Well packaged and everything was just as promised. It would be nice if they had identified which vinyl was which but they answered that for me with a single email. So, easy to deal with.

Let me atart by saying this is my faverite purchase i absolutly love my cameo 4 and this bundle ia AMAZING !!!! It is a little comicated and hard at firat to learn how to uae everything most importantly MAKE SURE YOU LOCK IN YOUR BLADE!!!!! But really this is the best company too i ordered mine durring the hight of the pandemic and i have a great experiance with them!!

Absolutely love how easy it was to set up and use. Super easy to learn how, unlimited materials available. I seriously have been cutting vinyl ever since I received the bundle. Vinyl that comes with the machine is great to use.

You call their support line and get a recorded message with a please use chat. You go online to use chat and after entering all the data you get sorry no chat please email us. With zero response still I guess If we hear nothing in the next 2 days we will return the whole thing.It will not see the registration marks. goes to the first corner and zooms to the bottom of a page and just goes all over the place looking for stuff and then cuts weirdly. Even put a lamp over the paper as suggested by others and it still seems to not function.Not sure what good lifetime support is when you can't even get support. I have had better support from China then from this US based Utah company. (I mean 801 area code is Utah)

Very easy to learn, we have a great time printing all sorts of crafts and projects.

Machine broke one month out of warranty and you can forget speaking to someone about it because the company is online only….now I have an expensive paper weight!

I have emailed you twice. I did not receive my 100 free designs they never downloaded and I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it nothing has worked. I also emailed the day I got it about a missing piece in the back that is supposed to cut the vinyl. I also picked my plan and was supposed to have one month free I put the code in and was immediately charged and never given my free $25 only the $25 I purchased SUPER IRITATED at this point. if I wouldn't have already disposed of the box I would have sent it back this to expensive of a item to have so many issues and on top of it I have reached out twice by email once by phone with no results. very disappointed should have went with circuit!!!!

This machine is so noisy and shrill I had problems even doing one cut. And it does not cut heavier materials ( .004) acetate which is pretty thin to begin with. It's basically a piece of junk. You can do better!
