spunge is weak but..
this one has 2 different parts. once it has spunge on the tip, it works exactly what it is supposed to do. but the spunge does not last that long. which was kinda expected because I miss the target a lot. Once the spunge is broken, it still will have flat metal part on the tip which still protect your arrow and not penaterate it still. I personally like this part more because it is still a durable arrow tip which is not sharp.

Not too bad for amtgard...if modified
I bought these originally to modify them for amtgard (a larp) because they just don't appear to exist in the right diameter. The main problem that seems to happen was the two harder pieces of foam don't appear glued too well and will pop off after some shooting. I replace the soft foam with a half of a foam ball with glue. And add a washer just for some more protection and reglued the two hard foam pieces together. They work great after that.

Need modified
These need modifications. I cut the outer foam off. I added a thick leather ( quarter size) circle of leather, to disperse the impact.Glued the foam back onWrapped the entire head in colored duct tape. This makes them last way longer.

Poundage notes!!!!
Reading through some of the reviews and the product descriptions, I came to the conclusion to test the longevity of these foam heads. DO NOT USE A COMPOUND BOW! The impact is too much for this foam, I shot these with a 20lbs and 35lbs draw with my recurve and they lasted a while.

Good for LARP with modification
Bought these for LARP sort of. I really like these because they can come off the arrow shaft very easily if the arrow gets broke - the other LARP arrow kids I’ve used can’t be removed. BUT to use these for LARP they do need some modification. I ended up adding a 3”x3”x2” piece of foam to the end to beef up the protection and make the head bigger than an eye socket. Attached it to the arrow, covered it in cloth.Make sure you use a lower draw weight bow - we’ve maxed out in the 25/30lb range and haven’t had any problems yet.

They work
They are ok, some of them after only a couple times hitting the target either had the whole foam part comming off or part of it ripping. Contact cement fixes it though. Quality is Chinese.

No bad but I will not last
They fit just fine in the arrows I have. All I had to do was remove the old tips and screw the foam tips on. After a few sessions some of the started to fall apart.

Do NOT use with compound bow.
I bought these to warm up for deer season and to check my setup. Good news=my sights are perfect at 10 yards. Bad news=broke up from two shots on foam archery target from 70lb compound bow.
