A very bad experience for me
These arrived super fast so thank you for that. However, they tasted horrid and caused my stomach to become very upset, I had terrible aches and pains all day and became best friends with the toilet. As soon as I stopped taking them I was fine, still some slight stomach pains whilst it's leaving my system but I've been free of the bathroom. Needless to say I won't be taking them any more which is a shame as I hate to waste money but I cannot deal with the horrid effect they had on me. Of course this is just my experience and for others they may have no problem at all but I have a sensitive stomach and these vitamins unfortunately were no good for me.

Previously bought from another source took ages and had to pay customs(refunded) and fill out postal card but getting through Amazon was quicker matter of days and easier less hassleGoli is really good to take for my digestive problem will re order ..

some positives so far
Nearly finished my second bottle, first few weeks of taking these, i had stomach discomfort so stopped taking them for a while. Back on them now, and onto 2nd bottle. I have noticed my hair is a lot thicker, and my skin is looking pretty good. I have not noticed any increase in energy levels, or weight loss, as of yet! They do seem to of suppressed my appetite, i am definately not as hungry.

After taking these for 1 day ,I felt sick, dizzy and had the worst headache .Will be not taking any more ,what a waste of money .

I am now on day 6 of Goli apple Cider jelly's...and I don't wake up with headache..I have lost 4lb. I don't have the bloatness. I really feel I have got my energy back.. I will be definitely buying more.

Tastes great but that's about it
These taste amazing but I didn't notice any health benefits whatsoever. I bought one bottle, which is one month's worth. For a fair test, I didn't change my diet or exercise while taking it and I experienced a slight weight gain. I've therefore purchased a bottle of apple cider vinegar with the mother from Holland & Barrett instead. Hopefully that should be less disappointing.

Great for price the real things.
The best thing you cant taste the viniger but they are very sweet! Ive only just startedtaking so no results yet ...also no instructions on how many to take and the best time to take had to look that up.

Thought I would try these.
I have only just started taking them and haven’t noticed any benefits so far. I did feel really unwell with stomach cramps but I don’t know if this product caused it or not. I shall see how I go.
