I only wanted to repurchase this particular humidifier. The only reason I had to reorder was due to an unfortunate incident at my apartment building. I love this product!

Love it. This is my second purchase if this humidifier. Instead of carrying a dripping water reservoir to the faucet, carry a carafe of water to the humidifier, lift off the top and pour in. On and choice of humidity all controlled with the on switch on a four touches loop. I got used to it quickly.Timer for 2, 4, or 6 hours and easy to initiate. Expensive but worth it for me.

I was told by a different humidifier manufacturer, that if the water mist contacts surfaces, it lowers the level of humidifying. That is not a problem with the Pure Enrichment Hume Max. The water mist stays in the air. The humidity in the room today (about 160 sq ft) went from 30% to 35% in 3 hours, running at medium setting. Very quiet and because it is just humidifying, the instructions for cleaning, about the same as for an oil diffuser. Probably just a simple soap and water. I am using Britta filtered water. I don't expect much calcification issue, but the instruction say just use vinegar for calcified deposits. The unit is just three parts, base, water tank, cover.

I got this humidifier for a room of about 130 sq ft. It took about a week or two, to get the humidity levels up to 35-40%, which I was aiming for at least 40%, and a few times it surpassed that. And while it didn't always maintain those levels, it was adequate enough. I would not expect this humidifier to help with humidity in a room bigger than that though. To be fair, I'm using this out in the desert, where the air is very dry. But after continually using it for 2 months and regularly cleaning it, it just stopped working. I did all of the troubleshooting, but there was nothing that would make it work again. At best, it blows out a little air now. Furthermore, for the last 3 weeks, the water tank has been leaking. I haven't noticed it leaking around the unit or when it's on the unit But after I fill it up and have to walk it back, it leaks the whole way back. If I left it on the countertop after filling, there would be a puddle beneath it. Also, since this doesn't have a filter, so there will be white dust on everything. I was willing to deal with the extra cleaning and inconvenience of that, for the more livable air quality. But alas, it quit working after 2 months, so now I'm on the hunt for another.Pros: Ease of use, ease of cleaning, not too loud/noisy, holds about 12 hours worth of water (when run on high), compact.Cons: Stopped working, couldn't clean out air vent, not great for large rooms (I wouldn't use it for a room bigger than 120 sq ft), can't disconnect power cord when cleaning base.

Great Humidifer! Quiet, easy to fill and sleek design

Started leaking one day after I got it. Water got all over my nightstand and all on the floor. Do not buy this product!!!

I purchased a Pure Enrichment Humidifier a few months back. Loved the water top loading feature. I have purchased other products such as their air purifiers which are also fantastic. The humidifier unfortunately started making noises after 4 months. A quick call to customer service and speaking with Mavis, I am getting a replacement humidifier. Mavis made the transaction quick and painless. I’m still a fan of Pure Enrichment products and their customer service department goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

This product is fantastic, I love the options to have it on a timer, the top fill and the ease of emptying and cleaning it. Recently it started leaking between the top and bottom of the humidifier and it’s not working properly and making a big mess everywhere on my nightstand.
