HERCOO License Plate Light Wiring Harness Assembly Rear Lamp Socket Pigtail Compatible with 1994 to 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 Pickup Truck, Pack of 2

Once I finally removed the old gasket and broken wiring harnesses I connected them both perfect fit then installed a pair of JDM A Star led tag lights. Now time to turn on the light I'm dying of excitement to see the new reverse lights with new housing and harness and what dont see.... nothing. I took off housing and tried 8 other brand new led tag lights (JDM) all of them nothing up until the last one I saw it barely come on I thought it wasnt pushed in properly and right when I grabbed the back to push in further the led immediately lit up. To end this long story which was a nightmare both harnesses came in a little 1x1 inch boxed and had ruined the connection of both harness at the point where you insert your bulb I had to tape both the back of it at a certain angle so that way the tag lights work and my wife wont get pulled over. Very disappointed and would not reccomend

These installed pretty easily after making sure to orient them in the correct fashion. The wires are not as robust as the original wires, but will do the job for as long as they are on the vehicle as these will see little to no movement or jostling where they are located.Overall, this is a good product that I had no trouble installing once the connectors were aligned properly with the wire harness connectors on the vehicle. The holes in the lamp housing are offset slightly as well, so the socket must be oriented properly before installing the lens covers and mounting screws.

I had to replace the pigtails for the license plate light, once you take off the domes it’s pretty much self explanatory once you pop out the old rubber piece. Being rubber/plastic it lined up with the screw holes then replace dome over bulb and BAM! You’ve got rear tag lights!

Beware. Don't buy it! It is not what is advertised, they did not fix the "mix-up". Buy Doorman. Their promise to ship the right product never happened.

NOT a plug and play. The sockets only have stripped wires on them. No plug at all. I've requested another set and hopefully all the parts are included.I've edited my original one star rating to 4 because the company reached out very quickly and resolved my issue with a refund. Still a bit frustrated that I still have to find the correct product but very happy with how the company conducted themselves in doin their best for a solution. Thank you.

The product title and images show the product to come with the license plate light assembly and the connector to plug it in. The product I received is just the light bulb socket that splits out into pigtail ends. The pigtail is also way too short to run the wire into the factory plug location. Not worth the $20.

Fit perfect took less than 5 min to install..definitely recommend you get 2 for a great price i called local auto part stores they wanted $20 for on ed of them..
