well made and high visibility reflective strips
i bought for meal delivery from takeaway shop and its great for upto 9 meals at a time. For larger things like Pizza it can fit 12x12 pizza box but only 3 and you need to lay it flat out as opposed to wearing it on your back but unless you specifically focus on Pizza style delivery its good multi function product. Didnt test for het retention but trust the manufacturers claim since rest of product is well made and as described

Great quality product but slightly overpriced
The product quality is great. Material used seems strong and of good quality. 1) Two points for product improvement: should have plastic/ rubber support at the bottom to protect the fabric from touching ground directly. 2) The divider is given horizontal, it should have been verticle. Separately the bag came directly in Amazon bag. It should at least have a transparent plastic bag packing.

Best Bag for my Use
Product was very good for my use. i bought this for food delivery service and it has many compartments and it is very well suited for my delivery service.

Most of the work it does, but it fails to protect delivery items from rain.
The product looks good and works well for what it is made for. However, its not waterproof and as a result I lost one of the card swiping machine on very first day due to rain. Company should look to make it more all weather friendly rather than giving hefty discount.

Very good quality, value for money.Shake holder is cheap quality but doesn’t matter, its a bonus, bag quality is fantastic and nicely insulated.
