I don't like the packaging
Apparently Vitamin K2 helps to direct calcium to the bones and prevent it from being deposited where it shouldn't be, for example arteries and organs, where it can cause harm. I hadn't heard of this one until I noticed that it was often added to Vitamin D tablets. So I thought I'd get some separate Vitamin K2 capsules. Unlike many other supplements which come in tubs, these little black capsules come in a blister pack with each one packaged separately, which seems like a complete waste of materials. The recommended dose is one capsule per day, so the 60 capsules should last 2 months. It's reasonably priced, but I'm not happy with the packaging, it's a hassle to keep opening the box each day and if you keep them separately then you lose the information printed on the box.

Capsules are small, so easy to swallow. Haven't felt any effects, but I don't expect to. Well packaged and no capsule leakage during transport and delivery.
