Tasmanian TigerMission Pack MK II Hiking Backpack

A modern and well made assault pack...
Great pack. It’s a replacement for a Tactical Assault Gear Chaos pack. Just wanted something similarly sized, and current...The bag is very well thought out. Aside from a good pocket layout, the bag has a frame sheet with aluminum stay on the inside, which not only provides shape, but also serves as a pseudo-spine, for the bag. This makes it much more comfortable to wear, without anything sticking you in the back...The shoulder strap system has adjustments for height, and can be adjusted from the top of the shoulders down to the base of the pack, which is useful, as I am shorter than average. It also allows you to shift the weight displacement, which is a great feature lacking in most modern assault packs...The bag itself if very well put together, with a tough fabric that seems to handle abrasion pretty well, but is still relatively lightweight. There are plenty of smaller compartments and pouches (including at the base of the waist belt!) throughout the bag, and an internal MOLLE and Velcro system for affixing pouches on the insides of the main and middle compartment...This is a well made and well thought out modern assault pack! It’s not specified as such, but is slightly less IR reflective than other packs I have had... (I tested it using PVS-14 NODs.) (At least this is the case with the Olive colored bag I have)

Solid Pack
Solid pack. Very comfortable to carry with good support. I like the side compartments on the hip to have some thing like a headlamp, multi tool, or whatever you decide should be close by without having to take off the whole pack to get to it if needed. Good to pack all your shelter essentials and make a well rounded kit. There are some other good reviews on YouTube as well.

Solid pack.
Lots of storage. Seems to be strong. No complaints thus far.
