It is an average Whey protein it would say. Not excellent and not too bad. If you are looking for a protein and you have less money to invest you can go for it. I am using this protein for 2 years, I got the results but we have a lot of better supplements in the market as compared to Big muscles gold whey. It tastes really well. It maintains your enery level through out your workout and if I compare the price with the results, value for money i can say.
