I make individual macadamia tarts in these with homemade caramel. They bake great. Easy release of the tarts. Bought a second set too!

I really wanted personal tart pans and these are great for just that. I wish they were slightly deeper though. Some pies I made needed more filling and the crust couldn’t be any thinner or it wouldn’t exist. I have used them a few times and cleaning was simple!

It worked as planned. Quality looks fine for the coat.

My caramel apple tart sticks in most pans. It popped right out of this pan with no problem.

As a blue ribbon winning pie guy, I wanted to start making individual pies. These are perfect. Big fan.

Nice affordable pan. It is my first one and now I know what I would look for in my next one. Firstly, the bottom is removable, but smaller than the diameter of the dish, so it moves to much. Secondly, it is tiny too shallow, when the crust is pressed in, there is not enough space for the filling. Next time I will look for a perfectly fitted removable bottom that is the same diameter as the outer part and I will make sure to buy a deeper one.

Very happy with the tart pan. Rather than just lifting centre from outer edge, used a long narrow knife to remove quiche from the base and sliding onto serving plate so that I would not be scratching/cutting the base of the tart pan. Worked like a charm!

First of all, measure these out on paper or in the air; the photoshopped product images are a bit misleading.These are a great size for small single-portion tarts or a quiche meant as a side dish. They will not serve as a full meal portion.That said, I'm pleased with what I got. They aren't going to last forever but they're sturdy enough for my needs and I definitely got what I paid for. They're also great as cake pans if you want to make a personal sized servings of layered cakes. I mostly cook for myself, so being able to make two triple-layer cakes on a single sheet pan (and then trim off the fluted edges if desired) is great!

It sticks a little to the tart, but the price is great so I can’t really complain. I have more expensive tart pans that the tarts pop out of very easily but I paid a lot more for them

They are smaller than 4 inches in diameter. Quite small for a portion size quiche, but OK for a sweet dessert tart. The size is 3.75 diameter at top and 3 and 1/8 at bottom. This makes quite the difference in baking when measurements must be precise.

This is perfect for tart making! It is easy to clean and well made with a thick metal! Bakes evenly as well!
