I bought this little house to use as rain shelter inside a feral cat surgical recovery crate. I fully expected that It would be 'good enough for now' and get tossed out within a few months. It has turned out to be the most well made of all of my outdoor cat houses - All of which cost 4 to 6 times the price of this one. The quality is outstanding! It is assembled in minutes using bolts rather than screws that pull out so quickly from the thin wood usually used for these. The siding is lapped in such a way that water isn't going to get in during hard rains. This is a chronic problem with all of my other cat houses, even those made by the same manufacturer. The wood seems quite a bit heavier and all of the pieces fit perfectly together. It was a breeze to assemble, needing only eght bolts plus six short screws for the hinges. The manufacturer even included an extra bolt. That's something you never see anymore. The hinged roof fits properly. This is a bargain price for an item of the squality. If I had any suggestions to make, it would be that the design of the roof be altered to eliminate the wood edge where water is going to get trapped on the edges of the asphalt. I'm going to caulk this. Also, the screws for the hinges could be a little bit longer and thicker. I don't think they will hold very well for long. Another simple fix. And it is so cute I think it qualifies ais lawn and garden decor! This purchase was a total WIN!

I love this!! The assembly was SO easy. To be noted, it did come as a light blue color, which I knew from reading the other reviews. Totally okay with me. The only ‘issue’ was that I had to create the holes for the 6 small hinge screws but that took less than five minutes with my drill. No biggie at all. The floor fit in perfectly and there was just the right room to the back for me to feed a cord through for the outdoor electric heating pad I use in my outdoor cat houses under the blanket. Only thing I did was remove the plastic flaps. My outside cat wasn’t a fan of them but they are still a very nice option and easy enough to remove. Shouldn’t be too hard to add the three foam insulation walls I have during winter. All in all very happy with the purchase. So excited for the outside cat to have this option.

I absolutely love this house it’s lasted me a long time so far even through the rain and all , the only part about it is there is a tiny gap in the flooring it didn’t really matter to me but if you don’t have something to cover it with your animals foot might get stuck and also the floor just sits on the sides so it’s not nailed down but otherwise then that love it :)

This was easy to assemble and the perfect size. My cats don’t love the plastic door strips, but they got over it.

It was fairly easy to put it together and even for someone like me who gets overwhelmed by putting things together, I got it done without having a helping hand. It’s very cute and can’t wait to see if my cat will like it.

Built this by myself and I’m 70. Seconds take your time and all will go well. During the winter I will put insulation on the floor and the sides . Only one adult cat can sleep in here at a time. I wish the roof over hang was longer, rain does tend to wet the blanket in the front near the door opening. Other then that it’s working out very well

The cat condo is made well, with good material. The instructions are a little hard to understand at first, but I figured it out. The hardest part was putting the top on the cat house. The screw hole are not prescrewed and it was hard to put it together without someone holding it in place. With the help of furniture and a drill I was able to put it together.

Added solar lights and put marine varnish to weather proof it for a outdoor live style. The cats added some plants and a old baby blanket inside. They told me to add a planter for forest cat nip. Downside is that there isn’t enough room for a little box. Cats must use the neighbors mulch. Stay Green!

I had this for just over a year never moved it or anything it sat in our trailer for summer use. My Husband picked it up to more it and it fell apart and broke .
