The tv box came with Android 10 and pre-loaded Netflix, Showbox, YouTube, Chrome, Kodi, and some other applications. Setting up the WiFi was a breeze without a single interruption or freezing. and navigating through the loaded apps was super simple. The picture quality is excellent and I always steam in HD. Super good buy!

Having used android-based tablets and even laptops for years, I was surprised at the relatively un-intuitive user interface. Maybe I should have been more patient. The worst thing, though, was the cheapness of the remote. About a third of my keystrokes were not registering. I've had various Roku devices for the last 5 years or so, and they are simple to use, and just feel like they are better built. Also--and I had to laugh--the previous purchaser (this was a recycled, or perhaps "re-furbished" unit) was apparently so frustrated when he returned it to amazon that he had left his email address in the unit's memory. I erased it.

First off it's advertised improperly. It's not Bluetooth capable.!Secondly. It runs very slow. I ran it next to my old box (runs on android 7) in a xfinity speed test. My old box ran twice as fast as this box.The home screen and app screens are very limiting. Hate the set up.Hope all android 10 boxes aren't like this.

The Pendoo Box connected easily to my TV and gave me an excellent picture. Glad I purchased this product.

this is a hackers box, kodi works fine, but if you are not savvy for sideloading, this is not the box for you.

Worst service and quality ever do not purchase it’s useless! Waste of money!
