The media could not be loaded.  The hair came with no frills. I at least expected some kind of free gift. Hair is coarse in texture and the ends on the longer lengths are a bit dry. I conditioned them and they are better. You may need to trim. So far I have not installed hair yet but when I do I will write an updated review. It is human hair and the wave patterns are not necessarily the same. I am not sure how the quality is straight out the bag as far as longevity is concerned. Will update soon!Update!!This hair is terrific and it is light. The hair moves it’s not stiff it’s 💯 human . I do not wash with shampoo all the time. I use conditioner and let it sit. Then rinse with cold water. The ends will have to be trimmed and kept moisturized just like your own hair. Use a light weight oil product it doesn’t take much. People think it’s my hair.

This hair is really pretty! Straight out the package, the hair is coarse but very pretty. It curls VERY well and after 2 conditioner washes and argan oil to the ends throughout the day, the feel is improving! I will update if anything changes...

Upon receiving hair I am really hoping if I co-wash this hair it come back to life, this supposed to be 12A Raw Indian hair with the cuticle aligned,???? it is not as soft as I expected and the ends feel slightly rough and the lace on the " HD closure" is also rather hard?

Would not have purchased this in a store if I could see it first

Hola, yo nunca escribo , pero la verdad la calidad de este cabello lo merece, llevo mas de 20 años usando extensiones y trabajndo con la instalación de ellas, tengo mucho conocimiento sobre esto. Pero estas extensiones son super increibles , son100% naturales . No enredos ni derrame de cabellos. Pueden comprar confiados a tener lo mejor en cabello narural. Espero que nunca dejen de vender este producto de tan buena calidad. Espero le sirva de utilidad mi comentario.

The hair is really nice but not true to length. Had I known this before I ordered , will have went for longer hair.
