The Ascent Protein Recovery Water Pineapple Coconut is good. Starting with the taste. It's a bit in the sweeter tasting side, but good. The coconut pineapple is a good combination. The ingredients are healthy. The 20 grams of whey protein isolate and other electrolyte ingredients are key for me. Using this drink as a moderate to hard workout recovery tool. I immediately start drinking this after working out. I believe it helps with recovery instantly and the after workout recovery. It does leave a little film in your mouth like all protein waters I have tried, but should not be a big deal to most people.I would recommend the Ascent Protein Recovery Water.

This is my preferred method of post-workout protein/electrolytes! Not a fan of the thick texture of protein shakes/powders. This feels much more light, but still has high protein. Love that the ingredients are clean/simple. Pineapple coconut is my favorite flavor, as it tastes just like a pina colada. Watermelon is my second favorite. They are sweet, but not overly sweet (in my opinion).

My gym had a tasting, it was better than I expected. I caught the sale for 25.99 which was great. Not chalky. Give me that recovery that I need. Will definitely buy again.

First seen this product in my gym. Tried all flavors. Definitely my go to after my workout.
