Basically A TV Movie Loosely Based On Anna's Life
Where do I start with this movie? The title of my review pretty much says it all. I don't want to talk down about this movie for the simple fact that I am a huge Anna Nicole Smith fan, and I am happy there was a movie made about her. BUT this movie is not accurate AT ALL. It left out way too much! I do think Willa did the best of her ability as playing Anna, I just don't think they gave her too much to work with. I hope someday they will make a better movie for Anna, one with a better budget. One of the things that ruined this movie for me was the tacky music! It was horrible! I did like the last scene of the movie, I won't spoil it for you who have not seen it. But it does make it seem like Anna is in a better place now and finally at peace. RIP ANNA WE MISS YOU!!!

I liked Anna
I glad they didn't make Anna look like a raving idiot. I thought she was such a nice person. I didn't care how the industry treated her. I liked watching this video. I cry when I think of how her life was towards the end of it. She had a dream and set out to go for it and she accomplished it. I think that Howard the lawyer had something to do with her death. I watched her show religiously and that guy looked like he was there for the money. Very weird how her son died in the hospital and then she died not too shortly after Why didn't they take her to the hospital? I worked in a nursing home and if any of our residents ever had a fever that high the doctor was called. How could they do they not at least call a doctor? I wonder, was she murdered? If she was, who ever did it will eventually pay for it. All of us have to eventually pay for our bad choices. Thanks for the movie. So glad that lawyer didn't get the child. Why would he want to keep the child? The child wasn't his..

Loved it
I really thought this was a wonderful movie. I think Willa played the part with accuracy and class and I feel in Love with her relationship between her and her son. Nice to see Anna played as a smart and kind women and not how the media used her. This was classy and i’m disappointed it never made it to the big screen. I have been meaning to watch this for years and finally came across it, glad I did.

Excellent, absorbing biographical drama
Bring your crying towel for this one. Willa Ford is excellent as the poor desperate stripper, formerly Vicky Lynn Hogan, who meets oil tycoon Howard Marshall. There is a touching chemistry between the two of them. He offers to rescue her by hiring a nanny to care for her son, Daniel, and proposes marriage while encouraging her to believe in herself. She is chosen to model for Playboy and life tumbles from that point on. Daniel becomes addicted to Zoloft without a father to care for him and the constant barrage of media attention given to his mom. I just wish a few more details could be covered in this quickie TV picture and a less of a heavy handed G-rated edit used in terms of relationships. Very sad and a real tear jerker.

Sensitive portrayal of an icon
This was a realistic and sensitive portrayal of ANS. I enjoyed the story line.

Awful everything
This woman was overweight, and that was part of her attraction for certain admirers. The actress who plays her can't act and she is to underweight to play a fat woman like the so-called star.
