I had originally purchased a Cross Coventry pen elsewhere for £25 but this is a light version of the next model up, the Bailey. Comparatively, really good value for money, finished in a nice grey colour. A bonus is that it also takes standard Cross refills, so why pay extra?With this you get a decent pen at a very good price and with the Cross refills it'll write as well as more expensive Cross pens.Also worth noting that this pen comes with a fine refill installed as standard rather than the usual medium refill. Similar in thickness to a Pentel 0.5mm so I'd say around 0.3mm line thickness. Not as black as the Pentel ink but rollerballs are usually always darker. This Cross ballpen is better suited to taking notes.No extra refills supplied, just the one it comes with but still very good value.Recommended.

I love pens - I have a stupid number of them, but I think this is the best one I have bought in a long time.The point seems finer than the stated medium, but as I prefer a finer writing line that's not a problem for me. The pen writes smoothly, and is a good size and weight.I'm very happy with this pen and will probably purchase it in other colours and the cartridge pen version.

Nice quality pen and something I’m happy with and would recommend

It has a good weight, feels good in your hand and writes well. It dosen't feel as expensive as other but overall a good pen for the price. I have marked it down a star as it only came with Black ink (No Blue option) and I had to buy a blue refill.

What I was looking for as note taking pen and it was fair price for this Cross model.

I read other reviews and those who are not satisfied make me wonder. Cross make a variety of pens for the audience they serve, just like a cheap and expensive car from the same manufacturer. So this pen is not an ‘executive’ model, but for £10 it’s a nice everyday pen. I have many Cross pens and this one is not of the same class at the others, but it’s still a nice writing instrument. So if you are looking for a cheaper pen from a renowned manufacturer, this is a good option, but don’t expect top class.

This has become a favorite pen for me. The color and functionality matches that of my favorite pencil, the Paper Mate Clear Point Elite 0.7mm side advancing. As a collector, I am amazed at the reasonable price of these two reliable beauties.
