Disappointed
This laptop does not have touchscreen, neither backlit keyboard. I was so disappointed. This seller deceived me. I normally need the backlit keyboard, so this was such a inconvenience for me.

Pricey HP laptop defective-inexcusable at this Price. Amazon is responsible.
This laptop is defective and will be returned. On the web, the pages shiver, like static. It’s 5 days out of the box and this happens. I was alerted to this by the geek squad at Best Buy. Two weeks from ordered to discovery- all to the detriment to my business. Unacceptable, Amazon needs to vet these kinds of items. Geek Squad said I was sold a lemon.

innaccurate advertising
Great laptop. Light. Fast. Drops from five to two stars due to the fact it was advertised as having a backlit keyboard-which it does not. Obviously not a technical issue-but given the need for it in my case-a big disappointment.

Be careful. This computer is junk
When I bought this computer, the keyboard was unusable. It randomly deleted text, opened random command boxes, etc. HP told me I got a "lemon" and sent me a replacement. The laptop worked great for 10 months. Then, it started doing the exact same thing. HP determined that the keyboard was bad and needed to be replaced. So, my 2nd laptop in under one year is once again unusable. This is obviously a poor product. My computer is still under warranty. After more than 3 hours on the phone with HP, the only option they gave me is to mail in my computer for repair. This takes at least 3 weeks. As an online teacher, I will be without income for 3 weeks. After the repair, my computer will no longer be under warranty. Since it's already happened twice in under 1 year, the faulty keyboard is likely to happen again, but this time I won't be under warranty. Fixing the keyboard is a temporary bandaid for a faulty computer. HP was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I will never buy from HP again - it was that bad.
