No they are not tight at the bottom they are straight legged or boot cut.

Are these actually 100% cotton (as in the description) or are they the ones with Elastane? I've already had to send back ones that are not true denim

They are with Elastane but I've been wearing them for about a month and they are actually quite comfortable and stretchable
