Game for people that like classic board games.
I am not a fan of complicated board games that involve a whole back story on why you are playing. This game is not that and it is actually fun. It has a little bit of strategy which fuels my competitive side. It is a really good gift too because its not a game that everyone already owns and its easy to learn.

Very fun and easy to play!
If you like Azul, this game is pretty similar just a bit more simple. My family loves board games and this one has recently become a favorite! My sister gets discouraged when games have a lot of intricate parts and usually gives up halfway through learning a new game, don't even get me started on when it comes time to scoring, but she enjoys this one so much and she's been the first to score every round! You can change up your strategy each round and it's been so much fun every time I've played!

Blueprints Review by Dad's Gaming Addiction
Blueprints: 2-4 Players, Ages 13+, Average Play Time = 30 Minutes“Blueprints” isn’t difficult to play, but I’ll admit, it takes some time to get used to how the scoring works. There are two main concepts that will make your life a whole lot easier once you grasp them: 1) award & prize cards are your true victory points and 2) each die color has a different way of scoring. With regard to the former, points you earn on the scoreboard (via the dice & completing your blueprint) only determine who gets an award card. If the pool of dice just aren’t jiving with what you need for your blueprint, you can opt to score some victory points (for endgame scoring) by completing prize cards. As I stated above, I like to call them “side quests” as they are optional, but they can still net you victory points if completing your blueprint and earning enough points on the scoreboard to get an award card just isn’t feasible. With regards to the latter concept, die color and where you place them is a HUGE part of the determining your round score. Black dice, for example, score more points the higher up they are. Orange dice, on the other hand, score points for every die they touch encouraging a player to place them in a central location on their tower. The scoring of green dice are cumulative in that the more you place in your tower, the more points you get. Finally, clear dice simply earn the value listed on the top face. With these scoring rules in mind, it’s relatively easy to come up with an ideal pattern for maximum points in your head, though the ever-changing pool of dice may not always yield the dice you need to make said plans a reality. Of course, you’ll have to observe the equal/escalating value rule as you add floors as well.Once I got a handle on both of these concepts, playing the game was both easy and enjoyable. Thankfully, turns are extremely easy to carry out physically…pick a die, place it, and replenish the pool for the next player. This allowed me to focus on the strategic parts of the game and on how the scoring works. Since the only real hurdle is getting over the scoring mechanic, most players should be able to have the basics down after a single game. I recommend reserving an extra ten to twenty minutes your first time out to accommodate for this learning curve.“Blueprints”, as a whole, is a pretty fun and strategic game. Most (if not all) blueprint cards only task you with going two floors high, so stacking and accidentally knocking dice over wasn’t really a problem. The components themselves were colorful and easy to read. The recommended age is thirteen and up, though I can see gifted kids younger than this playing without any issues. For obvious reasons (dice, etc.), toddlers and younger children should be kept away from it. While the game encourages tactical/strategic dice play, it can be played casually assuming all involved aren’t too worried about who wins or loses. It makes an excellent filler in between longer play sessions or as a way to quickly satisfy your light-strategy game fix for the night.

Fun Strategy Game!
Kind of a mix of yahtzee, and stratego maybe?? Maybe not. Just a good fun game Lots of rules but once you start it is easy to get and can be modified easily which I think is a hallmark of a really great game. Has really NOTHING to do with actual blueprints, and I think it would be oe popular if it changed it's marketing. Really like the game!

A light, filler game with plenty of strategy
This is a wonderful 2-4 player game where there are many paths to victory, but you must keep a careful eye on your opponent(s) to make sure you're not ignoring what they may be building behind their player screens. The game plays in under 20 minutes, is easy to explain, yet still thought provoking in it's gameplay to try and outscore your opponents each round. Do you play by the book and try to build according to spec? Or do you dare to build a towering stack of dice and try to gain points through various bonuses and dice configurations?

Fun fast playing
Easy teachable game that takes 25-30 min to play but still has strategy involved

Win by not doing what you're supposed to do.
Players build towers using dice, different color dice score points differently. Dice can only be placed on top of lower-numbered dice. Your score each round doesn't matter, only the accolades you earn, thus you can usually earn more of the permanent points by ignoring the design of your tower and going for the accolades, which I find upsetting. I really don't like that the best strategy is to completely ignore what you're supposed to be doing in the game.

Simple rules, strategic enough, works well with 2-players.
Rules are easy to teach, it takes about 5 minutes to teach someone new. Component quality is nice(especially the different colored dice look nice). I love the theme and I liked it right away when I first saw it. Slightly brainburning game for me. (same level as rummikub, I guess..) Also it really works with only 2-players. For me, there is no reason to hate this game.

Great two people game!
We’ve been looking for more two people games and this was easy enough to learn and so many possibilities per round! Great game!

Easy Fun Way to Pass the Time
I love this game and have a lot of fun playing it. The first time is a little work figuring out how it all works, but it flows easily soon enough. Turns are quick and the game itself does not take long to get through meaning you will likely play it a few times each time it hits the table.

Five Stars
Very fun little logistical puzzle. Simple enough (without the extra awards), but the spacial reasoning aspect is pretty engaging.
