So I tried to wash my towels in cool water, but we just got a new water heater. I think we reconnected our washing machine the wrong way, so my towels all got washed in scalding hot water. And...they were fine! After they dried, they came out fluffy and nice and they’re still absorbent. I actually washed them with my sheets and the color from the towel didn’t bleed or anything. I can only speak for the gray towels though. As for absorbency and softness, a 5/5! I was worried about buying this set because I don’t like thick washcloths. They never seem to lather as much as thin ones. But I haven’t had a problem with these, so it’s a 5/5 from me!

These are the worst towels I have ever purchased. I have washed them SO MANY times, even with vinegar as the internet suggested, and there are still NAVY BLUE FIBERS ALL OVER ME. Even when I don’t use the towel- they’re there. They’re EVERYWHERE. These towels have become the bane of my existence. DON’T buy these.

Did anyone use the directions with these towels?EASY CARE STEPS!STEP 1: Wash towels in cold water before first use (The cold first wash will open up the fibers to make it more plush) We recommend that you soak the towels in cold water for 12 hours and then hang them to dry for maximum absorbency and softness. Please AVOID fabric softener, dryer sheets and/or bleach as the chemicals will only reduce the softness of the towels.Step 1 is not to be repeated afterwards just continue step 2!STEP 2: Tumble dry towels on low heat.

This is the last time I buy towels on the internet. If I can't lift it, check it for weight and general comfort, etc. then I probably get what I deserve. The washcloths are okay, but the hand and bath towels - forget about it! Very soft, but don't absorb well. Even after laundering and fluffing in the dryer, they felt slick and almost clammy when I attempted to dry myself with them. Yuck. I'm sticking to the towels from my favorite retailer, which are thick, heavy and very thirsty. Only ordered these because it was the navy color I wanted, which I acknowledge is quite pretty. Glad I ordered just one set!

Love the towel. Very thick, absorbent, and soft after one wash. No pilling either, which is a great plus. Just that it was about twice the thickness of what we needed so knocking off a star. Nothing really against the product though. So far they seem to be excellent and I personally love them. For my husband, not so much because he likes to hang his towel around his neck and the towel's too big and heavy for him. We are going to try to buy towels with about half the thickness, but hopefully with the same absorbency and the softness of these towels. Highly recommend if you are looking for very thick plushy and soft towels.

These towels are absolutely AMAZING! They arrived on time with Prime shipping and came EXACTLY as pictured and described! They are so soft, thick, just scream LUXURY! The quality is simply STUNNING and totally surprising at this price point! Want to feel like you are swaddled in luxury for less? BUY THESE TOWELS!

My wife and I have had virtually 0 luck when it comes to purchasing towels over the last 6 years...until these! Every towel we'd previously purchased turned out to be COMPLETE GARBAGE within less than 2 weeks! These towels are SUPER soft (follow first wash/use directions mentioned in other reviews), extremely durable, and unlike most towels made in the past 5 years...you don't lose half the towel's material the first time you wash them.We are VERY happy with these, and will be furnishing all 3 of our bathrooms with these in the near future.

I have a bathroom that has ONLY Navy blue throughout the room and the picture on this add looked Navy blue but the Navy blue I recieved was the blue on the top and mine is on the bottom

The color was nice but they were not what I expected for several reasons. The seller tried hard to accommodate the return. I appreciated their assistance. They answer your questions promptly.

These towels are worth ordering. Very thick and full towels.
