All about placement and a few other variables.
The only reason I bought this antenna is because a friend of mine that lived down the street owned this antenna. We both live in a small town and the best reception in this town is the AT&T tower . The AT&T tower is about 3 miles away and both of our windows face the general direction of the tower. The antenna worked best at the bottom of the window for both of us.When I read the reviews on amazon it did not look to promising but I saw the antenna in action so I took a chance. When I set it up I went from 2 bars to a solid 4 bars and I am getting download speeds now between 73 and 91 and upload speeds between 15 and 23. My ping is 28 to 30.Reviews are tricky when it come to antennas of any sort. To many variables. How far is the tower, where is your antenna set up, are there trees or building in the way, etc... Research and you will easily learn all you need to know on this topic.. Hope this helped. Enjoy!

Works for 5G
It’s works if it is pointed to the signal source correctly. 5G band N78 gains about 4dB. Build quality is ok.

Did not work
Absolutely worthless. Signal went from 2 bars on my mifi to 1. I will be salvaging something from this loss. Going to remove the cables and use them for some yagi antennas.

We live out in the country and service is not so great. I feel like it does make a difference.

Does not help at all
The product did not show any improvement in signal, nor in data speed. The product is the same as not using it does not help at all..This product was tested on an ATT Netgear Nighthawk MR5100
