Kensington SmartFit Monitor Stand Plus for up to 24” screens - Gray (K60089)

Not quite as sturdy as I had hoped for, but still really good. I was trying to minimize monitor wobble when I type or when I move my sit/stand desk up or down. These helped a lot.They are not super high quality (but for the price they are worth it). Parts are plastic as can be expected at this price. They replaced monitor stands that were metal and cantilevered. The cantilevered stands induced too much wobble under movement conditions. These have made a nice difference. The space underneath is a nice bonus in that it can be used to expand desktop storage.Assembly was easy (a few minutes each) and they include stick on rubber feet for better isolation.

This stand works just fine for me. The packaging was so nicely done it was almost comical. Everything neatly separated, and they even provided the little hex tool to screw in the screws. I started to take the top board outside to drill in some countersunk holes, to get the screw heads flush with the wood, but I found they'd already done that.I put one spacer in the front (on each side) and zero in the back, in order to get an upward tilt to the platform. This way my monitor tilts back slightly the way I want. I don't think that this stand was designed to do that, but it works fine.

I put this shelf together in less than 5 minutes. The shelf color is a medium to dark gray, not nearly as black as the photo makes it appear. The top surface of the shelf does show the exposed black screw heads used to attach the legs. This is the last thing I am worried about at my desk, but it might bother some.I like that you can pick from two different heights when you put this together.

Love the stand really good to help avoid neck strain when looking at laptop or monitor.Only thing I found difficult was putting in the screws. The Allen key provided was difficult to use and not really sufficient to make attaching the screws easy by hand. Luckily I had a fastener from another kit that I could attach to the top of the Allen key.

Super handy and easy to adjust. At first glance the instructions were a little unclear - but after I looked at it again - it made more sense. They use the size of your hand to help you determine how high you need to make the stand so the monitor is at the correct position.I liked it so much I am buying another to use with my printer so I have some storage underneath it!

I really needed something to put my monitor on that i had conneced to my laptop in my office. This was a great purchase. The monitor stand comes with additional pieces to adjust the height of the platform, depending on why you need to put underneath or if you have multiples monitors and need to have them side by side at the same height. Made from a durable material.

Well it works but the wrong way. Firstly they dont tell you the dimensions from inside the screw holes. A 15 inch tuner or whatever WONT fit. Although the dimensions say 15 or less. But again the screws mess that all up. I did manage to turn the monitor stand the other way but it looks silly but it works. Also one screw went in loosleywont not tighten stripped. Also the stickers they give you to hide the screw is awful wont stay on long before falling off! wouldnt recoomend to anyone save your money for something else!!! Not worth the mony. Should tell you exact dimensions underneath stand so you can figure out if your tuner or component will fit at all! Poor design. Top of stand is wood will scratch eventually as well

Not the most attractive around, but inexpensive and does the trick having my laptop (on a stand) match the baseline height of my monitor.

I would give this 5 stars on build and looks, alone, but the SmartFit system is very difficult to take apart once assembled. I snapped one of the legs trying to do so, in fact. Super Glue resolved the issue, but annoying, nevertheless...Also, I was sent a different colour combination (gray top, light gray legs) to the one I thought I was buying, but it actually looks better - I would have chosen that if I knew it was available.

Quite neat but not as dark in colour as portrayed here. never the less, it serves its purpose very well which makes it, for me, a good buy.

Does the job. But I had to add another level to it whilst undoing the supports the plastic broke but it’s holding together.

Great Stand, a bit pricey. I am using it for small sound system. It is sturdy and good for multipurpose use.
