I like the extra room
Discovered Glerups in 2017 and will be a customer for life: They've fast become an essential creature comfort and I even travel with them. I'm usually a 38-39 but size up to 40 in Glerups: I like the extra room. Good, wide slipper. Forget sherling slippers: the sherling mats down over time and can eventually feel gross if your foot sweats. Glerups is what you want: they're warmer, feel better on the foot and against the skin, look better for longer and are more durable. The bootie is perfect for winter and although I still love the leather soles on my other step-in pair, I'd choose the rubber soles if they were always available.

My Second pair of Glerups
I absolutely love Glerups slippers, and this is from someone who has had Haflinger's, Giesswein, and even real fur slipper. I bought the lower profile (below ankle) slippers with leather sole last year. They were perfection, so soft, comfortable on the wood floors and easy to slip on and off. This year I wanted a pair that I could wear on the back porch and still be able to sanitize the sole if I wore inside the house, hence went for the rubber sole and since winter was coming the bootie. They are bit warm but it is still fall, so think once winter hits they will be perfect. I still wear my other pair, Washed them in a gentle cycle with a wool wash and tea tree oil, and laid out to dry. They are like new again, washed up beautifully. These really are the best slippers ever.

Fits well, very cozy, but...enuf support?
First I'll say that the vendor had these to my door very quickly. These seem like nice slipper/boots but I can't give a long term review as I only just got them.Look well made and quite comfy but I'm wondering if there will be enough padding in the soles/insoles to prevent sore feet after standing all day in the shop. One thing that sort of bothers me about these is that I saw nowhere on this site or the manufacturer's site about where these were made. Given the high price tag on these relatively simple shoes, I presumed they were made in Denmark. Everything there is spendy, including labor. One doesn't find out that these are made in Romania until one receives the box. Nothing against Romania but it is almost still a third world country, where labor is cheap, for now. Some Dane is making a killing on these, but I don't begrudge that. Still it seems they ought to list the country of origin on their website, and in any second party seller listings.

Excellent Choice
I bought these for my wife as a birthday present. She loves them. She wears them day and night. She says they're warm, extremely comfortable and the sole makes them wearable outdoors. Excellent choice.

Warm toes and sore legs...
These boot slippers are very comfortable & warm. They are fairly wide which I am glad for. The rubber soles are thick & non-slip. I have worn these barefoot as instructed but doing so has caused me some injury. The back of of the boots are reinforced with a sewn in layer of wool. The stitch around the top of the ankle makes the wool stick out a bit and it has rubbed my skin raw where that wool hits my leg. I have included a photo of this. I’m hoping this will get better with time as they break in. I wore them with socks for one day to protect my legs but after all my online research and careful consideration, I really don’t want to wear socks in these! I also feel that the right boot is slightly larger than the left boot. I can even see a slight difference in my photograph. This doesn’t bother me much, but it is noticeable.

Best slipper ever
Wow! Love this slipper. It's cozy warm but not too hot. Up around the ankle is perfect for winter. Rubber bottoms allow running out to get the newspaper or mail a possibility. One of us has the non-rubberized, the other of us has the rubberized. I who have the non-rubber bottoms am fine with the non-rubber but I'll order the rubberized if mine ever wear out. We both just love these slippers. Even bought a pair for our son for his birthday (he's 30) and loves them.

Glerups Unisex Model GR Slipper
We backpack and sleep in tents and then sometimes when it's really cold outside, we Glamp. Ordered these for the glamping weekends. I ordered a 39 in the Charcoal. It is a heather gray. I am a 8.5-9 usually. The fit is slightly short on the big toe. I believe it will stretch and be perfect. The craftsmanship is beautiful, but my perfectionism shows in that I think you can tell it is hand-crafted because they are not identical in shape. Probably has to do with stitching and gluing. Again, beautifully made and warm. The soles are harder than expected. I am used to my UGG slippers that look like tennis shoes and my other Birks that feel divine on the feet. This is a harder sole with little cushioning. Is it too much money to spend on an indoor outdoor shoe? Probably not for a shoe-a-holic! Husband wants a pair now :)

I Love These!
Took me awhile to purchase these b/c of the high price point but soooooo happy I did! Love them! I wanted a sturdy slipper for the house that was cute, cozy and warm. The rubber sole gives the feel of more a shoe (which I wanted) and i don’t slip at all on our hardwood floors. I was curious about the material being wool b/c I do not like wearing socks with slippers and it is not scratchy at all. Also, my feet do not sweat or stink them up. TMI but I’ve had moccasin slippers with fleece lining and they get so nasty inside but with the wool, my foot reacts differently. I have small feet so the toe box feels a little big but nothing to annoy or bother me with. I have already recommended these to others and would buy again.
