Estée Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturizing Makeup SPF 45 Pebble 3C2

I really don't like wearing heavy makeup anymore. I like a cleaner and more natural look. But I need moisturizing now. My skin has gone from oily to dry and smooth to, dare I say, a bit wrinkled. I have always like Estee Lauder and this product did not disappoint. I rub it in with my fingers and it moisturizes and gives me just enough coverage to even out my skin tone. It does not settle into the wrinkles either. I also love the fact that Estee Lauder has a wide range of colors so you can get just the right match. So many brands cater only to those with yellow or neutral undertones. But Estee Lauder has a nice selection for those of us with a rosy complexion. To me, putting a yellow based makeup onto my skin makes me look sallow and unnatural. I have a lighter shade for most of the year and then slightly darker shade for summer. I will even wear this product when I am not going to put on any other makeup. It looks natural, provides the moisturizing I need and has SPF for when I'm outdoors. If I had to be picky, I would say the only thing I am not crazy about is the smell. It is not unpleasant; I just don't like my makeup to smell. But the smell does wear off quickly, so I'm okay with it.

This makeup is very good. Light weight but great coverage and buildable.

I initially bought this foundation at a department store. The woman at the cosmetic counter matched the color perfectly for me. It is pretty sheer and goes on smoothly. The best part is that I don’t have to put sun screen on before applying it because it already contains SPF 45. Now that I know what shade to order, I can get it from Amazon and have to visit the department store. That makes me very happy.

Product was sent to me in nothing but an envelope. Box crushed. Luckily, foundation tube was not leaking. That said, the foundation itself is very nice. Goes on smoothly, great color.

I have warn Estée Lauder foundation for many years, it is my favorite. They have the best color matches and I like the way it looks on my skin, not cakey but with a Dewey Finnish.

This stuff is AMAZING for mature skin, it doesn't leave me looking caked or dry and is the PERFECT color for my very rosy undertones skin. It literally doesn't look like I'm putting anything on other than my freckles disappear.... this is the first time in my life I've found THE perfect match AND not looked too covered or dry. LOVE IT!
