I ordered double bergamont and it doesn't taste like double bergamont. They also changed the packaging. I never had this problem before.

I’ve been drinking this brand of this tea for more years I can recall and the box I just got does not taste right.  At first I thought I was doing something differently but then I tried one of the last bags from my previous orders and it was delicious. I don’t know what’s different or even how to describe it but it’s just wrong.  I’ll be tossing this box and hopefully the next one is better.  If not I’ll have to find a new brand

How strong is the Lemon Ginger flavor? Looking for a tea that is very strong for my mom as the ones she has been buying has almost no taste.

This tea is not strong...it has an amazingly noticeable flavor, but not 🥊 knock out strong...good for people who you want to introduce to herbal teas as it is flavorful but not overpowering....when buying this, I always shaving a little ginger into the cup before adding the water to give more ginger kick

No this is just tea and spice. You can make it like or better than Starbucks. But you’ll need to a a sweetener and cream, to your liking. A little bit of whiskey puts it over the top!

I like a weaker tea.  I  Use a little sweeter.  I know Earl Gray is strong.  Which flavor woul be good for me.

This is so subjective, I am not sure how to respond.  I enjoy Earl Gray on occasion, and do not find it strong.I have found that this has a nice, somewhat fruity (for me) taste that is pleasing to me.  My suggestion is that if possible, try some from local markets first, to get a sense of what is tasty to you.  The other alternative is to to take out the tea (leaves/bag) after a shorter time than the recommended 3 minutes brew time - this will result in a weaker tea which may suite your taste.
