Catalina CrunchCereal Cinnamon Toast, 9 Ounce

I love this cereal SO SO much. It’s super crunchy and just chocolatey enough. It’s not sweet, which I like, so it’s more like cocoa rather than commercial chocolate. As a gluten sensitive, lactose intolerant, sugar conscious eater, I love it on Greek yogurt in the morning to boost my protein and fiber intake with some berries.

I have bought this cereal a few times because I love the cinnamon taste and I need to add some protein to my diet. I add fruit and milk. Be careful you don’t fill your bowl too much, or you will run out quickly. The portions are meant to be small. Be aware that many protein cereals do have a cardboard-like consistency, which this cereal doesn’t have. Enjoy!

First, let me say that I only eat this cereal dry, as a snack. I chose this cereal for its excellent nutritional value - high in protein and fiber, with no sugar! After having eaten the traditional cinnamon crunch cereal, which has a ton of added sugars, this cereal tasted rather bland. But as I got used to it, I appreciated its subtle delicious flavor. It is now my go to for a snack. The only drawback to this cereal is that it is super expensive. I wish they would lower the price. But nutritionally and taste wise you can't go wrong with this cereal. Just wean yourself off of the strong sugar taste and appreciate the subtle goodness of this cereal.

I Love this cereal. If there was more in each bag I’d give it 5 stars. If you want a “sweet” treat without the sugar, carbs or gluten, this is for you!

This. Is. So. DELICIOUS!!!!!! It’s hard to cut down on sugar. Every now and then you just want something chocolate-y. This is the best! I sprinkle some over strawberries and whipped cream! Would give it ten stars if I could.

Good protein cereal to supplement your protein needs.Clean protein, this csreal is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack, simply mix it with some Greek yogurt.I have been using it for a while and it is very tasty also.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is some weird stuff. The flavor isn’t too bad, but could use a bit more cinnamon. The texture is seriously lacking! There just is no texture. You put it in your mouth and are not even sure it’s there the texture is so absent.

Great crunch and very satisfying. I like this brand and think they have a great quality product, so far my favorite is their berry cereal and will probably only order that one moving forward. The cinnamon one just tastes a bit too artificial for me.
