Can this be taken apart for easier travel with a massage table

I bought this for my massage table. Works great. No, I don't think you can take it apart, but it is small and fits perfectly in the back seat of my car with massage table in the trunk.

What is the width of the base once assembled?

the width of the base is approximately 15 - 15 1/2 inches including the wheels

Does this scratch hardwoods?

No it doesn’t...but it does tilt over very easily It has slipped from under me on several occasions the wheels need to come out more for more stability

Can you use it without the wheels?

No. I don't see how it could be used without the wheels.
