Customer service was better than the product.
3 stars for customer service. I bought this for my access badge at work but the spring mechanism failed the 2nd day I had it. I was able to return it with absolutely no fuss and got a refund. I know other people with an earlier version of this product that love it. Sadly, I got a lemon. Customer service was great though.

Not the same logo
I bought this because of the size and from the picture that says the T-reign logo on it. The one you will receive will say boomerang to a company which I don’t like. That’s the reason for 3 stars.

Used to attach my nylon brush to clean my forged golf clubs. Five stars so far.

Handy little retractable keychain!!!
Handy little retractable keychain. That's what I use it for anyway. I work in maintenance and this keeps my keys close and I never lose them.

The wrong item
Is was not t-reighn, but but boomerang's gear retractor, in spite of the t-reighn's price.Very disappointing.

This is a good tool but it was not strong enough to hold a wet golf towel. Good for smaller towels.
