I received it as a gift from my wife. I don't consider myself as well fitted person in the mid of 40s. I was a little intimidated with such ab exercise. However, the first few trials blew away my concerns. It was a lot easier to balance than I originally thought. Especially I love the spring rewinding function. It adds some resistance to the pushing out and, thus, increases my confidence level to stretch out completely. Soon after, I was able to finish 20 repeats each day with ease. The ease does not mean no real hard work. I did feel my ab and shoulder muscles received their fair share of exercise after each session. This is a great workout, taking a few minutes out of your day to charge yourself. The knee pad in the package comes very handy too. I can kick off my workout at almost anywhere, bedroom carpet, bathroom tile or office hardwood floor. Loving it!

Really love this Ab roller wheel! That pad for knee was big surprise (it will be better if the size can be larger), I really love the rewind function design!!! Its very simple and easy to assemble, detail instructions are available. The smoothness of the roller is good. The grip is firm, its strong enough for someone who is over 200lbs can easily roll it without slipping, overall the item is perfect, I would highly recommend this for everyone whoever is looking for this item.

Worked well but I didn't notice much affect of the rewind feature.

The media could not be loaded.  I fairly enjoy this Ab roller. The price is decent, it's an in between price but still affordable. The wheel has a good width for stability and handles with an angle for better and a more natural wrist position. For something a bit more aesthetic and quality for a cheaper price than other brands, I'd take it!

Believe it or not, I was looking up the word abscess because of an unusual sore on my leg, when I found the Ab Roller. I read about it and considered it because I need a break from the treadmill, which gets boring. The price of the Ab Roller was certainly reasonable so I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. I’m a senior and I've only been using it for a week, but I already see improvements in my use; I increased the skill from 5 to 30. I plan to switch to two separate sessions with a break between. I can feel my stomach muscles strengthening, and the little rubber mat is good for my knees. A thoughtful inclusion.

I rated this 3-stars for two main reasons; (1) the price, and (2) it is usable, albeit not comfortable. The problem so far, ...the hand grips. Instead of being one solid grip, its two molded pieces of plastic screwed together, creating a protruding seam in the meat of your palm that makes it uncomfortable. You can use a razor blade, hobby knife, or what have you to shave the seams down, or wrap them in some grip tape. As for the spring, I can't really say it helps that much, because its such a weak internal spring. I own the original ab wheel this particular one is modeled after, and the grips are amazing on it. I bought this one for a replacement, as I broke the spring in my original one using it so much, and its no longer available on Amazon. Just a heads up, you're getting it for a good price, but be ready to fix the grips.

I like the design of this product with built-in resistance. Resistance is new to on an ab roller and I love it. Is easy on my back and shoulders.I like the knee pad. It nice and thick enough to use comfortably on my hardware floor with no pain.Overall, is a great ab roller and I have been using it everyday. I highly recommended!

There are a lot of abs rollers on the market, but this one is much nicer than I expected. The weirdly shaped handles fit nicely in the hands. The internal spring helps make returning to vertical easier (don't worry it is still difficult).The inclusion of the knee pad is a nice small addition.Product handles click together easily yet firmly.Nicely done.This seems to really work my lower abdominals
