Sticker stuck in the inner base of the Tope/ handi is difficult to remove. Film of gum n sticker still remains.First we soaked in water n soap solution. Only top film of sticker came out. Base gum and sticker film still remains.We are senior citizens and feel disgusted n defeated as no instructions given in the plastic packet of the Tope.Pls. help in solving this sticker issue. Hope we don’t face problems while cooking. We made our purchase seeing the good reviews. We have paid a lot of money for this set of six topes.Have been Prime customers over the years.A prompt response is appreciated. Else will be compelled to return the product and claim for refund.

Except for shipping and handling damages, rest is very good about these topes. Sufficiently thick at the bottom,just a common sense that smaller tope should not be kept on bigger burner or full burner else the food will get burnt
