..in a good way. I definitely feel more motivated and have more energy. Also found that I am bulking up a bit more and have more energy at the gym. I have been taking DHEA, and cycling both off for two days a week to be safe. Not sure what my T counts are but being in my mid forties, they’re probably not great. No side effects except I’ve found that if I take a dose too late, that it’s harder to fall asleep. Also, I take these with food and never on an empty stomach. Hopefully this isn’t a placebo effect but I do feel and see a difference and it’s significant.

Okay y'all, I'll be 65 this month. Yeah, getting old...er. My last blood test a few months ago was great, except, my testosterone was barely below the low normal. My Dr said everything was really good and testosterone level was normal with nothing unusual at my age..lol. Well, I've never had problems with my libido, or those functions, but I didn't like those numbers. Normal for my age or not. Looking around on Amazon at supplements I found Tongkat Ali. Read different mfgs reviews and articles online and ordered the Solaray brand. I started with one in the morning and one at night until, on about the 7th day, I read to only take one 400mg/day and to cycle 3 weeks on and one week off. So I now only take one in the morning. That's what I recommend. I noticed I had more energy the first week and during the 2nd week...Dude! Dooode! Dooooode! HaHa! Boiiing, lol. Wow! Like I said, never had problems in this area but I haven't been like THIS in years, no, decades! If it's the placebo effect then my mind is way stronger than I thought possible! LOL! I have another blood test next month and will post the results and further experiences. If you try this stuff, be aware and pay attention to how it affects you, there can be negative side effects. I had my testosterone tested 2019-2023. Please see attached graphs for FREE Test and TOTAL Test. I take this supplement as directed, occasionally I will cycle off and go on tribulus from allmax. That is all I take for a test booster. I am 67 years old and work out 3x per week. I have tried many test boosters on the market over the years, most disappoint. But the graphs speak for themselves. As I aged, my testosterone has actually gone up instead of down! Free testosterone is the key one to measure. From what i understand, Total testosterone is not as good of an indicator as some of that maybe not be available due to SHBG binding.

I’m 58 and T-level on the very low to subnormal for my age. I’ve only been taking this (with 300mg Fadogia) for about 10 days and noticed a substantial uptick in mood, a desire for harder gym work and stamina through the roof during my workouts. So far very impressed!

It was maybe sitting next to real tongkatn ali. Waste of money. Update it has something not very potent but not that bad at all.

After taking this for a week, I realized there are not enough weights at the gym for me to lift, so I had to move on to pulling trucks, lifting buildings and basically being a human forklift.In all seriousness, this needs to be taken in conjunction with a healthy training and diet protocol for it to have any benefits. It's more of an aid when on a solid trajectory as opposed to it being a magic pill.That being said, I did not do my bloodwork before taking this and will not be having it done for another few months, so the testosterone, libido and other claimed benefits may all be placebo, which is acceptable by me.
