After researching several sites this item met my requirements and expectations

We ordered these to replace the old Shepherd casters on our dining room chairs. They fit perfect and we hope to get as many years as the original casters.

Just right for my designer drafting stool.

Not the correct size for my chair

I have been using this for about three weeks, obviously to replace a broken office chair caster. It works fine. I donn't recall the price but think it was quite reasonable. Other than that, when the package first arrived, it contained not the caster but a pack of AA battteries. I called Amazon Customer Service. The man who answered was immediately able to track down the problem. He had the the caster sent overnight by FedEx and I received it the next day He told me to keep the batteries.

Works like the original.
