Dark Goddess Tarot Product Bundle – October 28, 2020

I am so thrilled with this deck. The card stock is glossy and pleasant to work with. The artwork is incredible and taps into deep archetypal energy. The guidebook is incredible with full page illustrations and descriptions of each card. You can read this as a RWS adjacent deck or focus on the goddesses. It’s become one of my favorite decks and I’m so grateful that it’s been released mass market so that it is accessible for people to enjoy.There are some issues with the interior of the box. The cardboard that holds the cards in place is flimsy. During shipping my box got knocked around and the weight of the deck crushed the interior holder, so the cards arrived loose. I’ve pulled the cardboard back to it’s original shape and it’s now holding them in place. It was poorly designed and has rough cardboard edges that I am concerned may damage the gilding, so am careful when removing the cards. I will likely rip out the cardboard interior and store the cards in a decorative bag inside the box, as I like the box overall.Despite those issues I’m keeping and loving this deck. They were not enough to reduce my joy in working with this inspired and lovely deck. I hope Tarot of the Crone also goes mass market!

High-quality product. Beautiful cards.I like the background information on each of the goddesses in the book. And I have really found the summary beneath each illustration to be very helpful. For example, I pulled the Erinyes card to ask about a situation. The summary says "Endure it or end it", which is exactly what I must do. I really love this deck.

This is such an amazing guidebook. I love learning about these cultural figures and rituals. Stories that line up perfectly with the meaning of the cards.

The Dark Goddess Tarot from Ellen Lorenzi-Prince has been a favorite of mine, in its previous private incarnation, for many years. I was pleased that Red Feather/Schiffer was slightly revamping the deck and allowing a larger audience to meet these wonderful cards. The deck is luscious, the full-color book is sumptuous, and every card is a brilliant depiction of a feminine energy that, with proper intention, can shape your life. The research that Ellen did for this deck (and this book) is astonishing. There are correlations with the Waite-Smith meanings if you dig below the surface of the goddesses. It definitely gives you an 'ah-ha!' moment. This is a deck to savor and study and use as a gateway to the beautiful world of the Dark Goddesses.

The cards look nice, but there are a few that are stuck together and impossible to separate. I ended up purchasing another deck.

A lot of scholarship. Love the concept. Disappointed in card finish. Many were stuck together, some nearly impossible to separate.

I Love these cards, the art work is Great, the Goddess description is Amazing, with the book. I have these on a app and wanted the real mccoy and finally found them here on Amazon. These decks are hard to find. So if the Company could do Production on The Crone Tarot would be just as Awesome. You won't regret buying these if Studying and Following the Goddess Path. They're Awesome
