Why is it not magnetized? Are we supposed to buy magnets?

Hello! The dolls and accessories are made out of a magnetic sheet - additional magnets are not necessary. They need to be stuck to the included tin or try it out on the refrigerator! If you're still having issues with your item please reach out to our Customer Service team. Amazon is not allowing us as the manufacturer to provide our direct contact information. To contact us directly, please visit our company website - Horizon Group USA! Fill out our Contact Us form and please be sure to include the product name, item number, and date of manufacture. We look forward to your reply!

Question for manufacturer: is this product lead, cadmium, phthalate, bpa, formaldehyde, mercury, and fire retardant free? Thank you.

Hi There! Yes, this product is free of the chemicals in question. Furthermore, this item passes all testing under US CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Act) guidelines.

Will these stick to a cookie sheet?

Hi, these are magnetic and are meant to be played with. If you are looking to use them as stencil/edible printouts, you may take photos of them and print them onto the wafer paper (with the proper equipment, of course!). Or if you meant the cookie sheet pan for a broader canvass so to speak, yes, they would stick to anything metallic - the fridge can be a backdrop too. Hope that helps!

Can i purchase just another magnetic case with out the magnets?

Unfortunately, we do not sell the case separately.
