Our sleep bags have been designed to be snug up top and wriggly down below - slim fitting through the chest to enable full freedom of movement without restriction or excess bulk with a roomy, hip-healthy bottom to allow your baby to adopt a natural “frog-legged” sleeping position, which is important for correct hip development. Should your little one need changing during the night, there’s easy zip access to help you deal with those night-time nappy changes without disturbing baby or anyone else who is trying to get some much-needed rest. *from an independent study in April 2021 by MumsViews of 297 UK Mums, who currently use a Grobag Box Contains 1 x Tommee Tipee Steppee

Happy customer
It's winter and my son has not yet mastered the skill of pulling blankets over him. Once he's kicked the blanket off we get lots of night wakings. I only picked 1 tog as he gets sweaty quite easily. This goes over his fleece pjs well. It's very long which is ideal for my boy who is very tall for his age. Could be too long for petite toddlers when using size guide. I have washed it lots and put in the tumble dryer. It's held it's size, shape and texture well. It's quite tight round the chest and the legs then super baggy round the hips and nappy area so changing nappy in the night is not too difficult. Night wakings have stopped and it's helped with nap and bed routine as only worn for sleep. Good thick zip cover by neck so no irritation from metal when ripping up. Good buy

It is ok
Everything seems fine except it looks a bit tight on the top, it says can use up to 3yrs, my son was younger than 1yr and half when starts to use it, considering he is not a big boy, I can barely put the zip up now, not sure if can use it when he gets older. The print at the back has peeled off a bit after washes but that is not a big deal.

Great for wrigglers!
I love these sleeping bags I've been buying them since my little one can crawl and still use them now at 2 and half because she is such a wriggler I worry about the safety of blankets. She also doesn't seem to like having a blanket on her so these make sure that she stays nice and warm and comfortable. They are very good quality and wash very well have never had a problem yet with any of the ones I've bought in all different sizes, togs and colours. I just wish they do sizes beyond 3 years as I imagine she will still need one then.

Little waddler.
My son absolutely loves his steppee sleeping bag. He couldn't walk when we first got him them - he'd only just learned to stand. He was 12 month therefore we got him the 6-18 month bag which was still huge on him - but bare in mind he is a preemie and was still under the weight specified on the bag (from 8.2kg - he was 6.9kg). He's now walking - well drunk walking (16month) and it's so cute. It's also super safe compared to trying to walk in a normal bag. He also sleeps a lot better as he can move his legs freely and not get tangled in it. It's perfect considering he is still such an active sleeper having a duvet or anything else wouldn't be an option. Thank you for inventing these!

Perfect for rollera
During the heat earlier in the year my baby didn’t sleep in his sleep bag. When the weather got colder we put him back in the sleep bag but he couldn’t roll anymore and was getting very frustrated. This works perfectly and keeps him warmer then just a sleepsuit

Nice fit and feel but really hard to do a night time nappy change with this!
I wanted to love this because a sleeping bag with feet sounds genius. Its soft, its snug, it feels nice. So far so good. But doing a nappy change at night is really fiddly with this on. Its a bit of a faff to get my sons feet into the sleeping bag feet because theyre a snug fit, and getting them out during the night in half darkness to chabge a nappy is more effort than its worth. We use this for daytime naps now, and its good for that!

Really nice quality
Super cute, cosy, comfy. Easy to put on & a nice zip catch at the top that stops it fromRunning the baby’s neck.Be good if they did a long sleeved one for winter.

Perfect for wiggling babies
This is ideal for my little one who is a non stop fidget in their cot. Means they are warm and snug but have the freedom to move in their sleep. They come up small though as my nearly10 month fits just in the 6-18month one - it will only last a few weeks! Not the easiest thing for nappy changes as very fiddly.
