LoakeMen Royal Loafer

What I liked was it's loake what's not to like. I did not like the fact that I asked for a g fitting but was sent an f fitting and although there was a free returns label it would not print so I had to pay for return postage. These were not bought direct from loake but rather an outlet,I will be happy to review this when I get a full refund.

I remember these from the 60's. including the very slippery (leather) soles, straight down to Timpsons to have rubber soles fitted. It took about 2-3 times of wearing them to get them to flex up a bit. I was surprised that I did not get any blisters - they fit so well (9.5). Now I have to think about:- do I wear my DM's or Loake

I ve bought a UK9.5, it is half size bigger than usual. （I compare its size with sanders shoes)

Bought these to replace my 40 year old black brogue shoes.They look feel and wear as I would expect Loakes to.They will be around for far longer than me I suspect.

You'll never go wrong with Loake shoes, they're classic, the only shoes I buy. This pair are my first in black and they're superb quality.

I have a few pairs of Loakes so looking for some nice black brogues and these fit the bill to a tea. Comfortable as an F fitting, well made, look fantastic as usual and would definitely recommend them for smart, casual wear.

very stylish shoes are classic not worn them yet got to wear them around the house first for a couple of days to break them in
