Bought these to go with my dining room decor. Firm material and resists most food stains. These placemats can only be wiped clean. I gave it a four stars because one of them is unraveling. Serves the purpose nevertheless.

I use vinyl tablecloths because of the kids. These placemats really dress it up, but they are easy to wash up. Just put them in the sink! They are not too thick like some vinyl placemats are.

As far as mats go, they’re allright. Be warned that the material is made like a trellis type weaving. Up to the one can see through. Also, mine came kinked from the shipping and even after soaking in hot water and putting a weight on them, I never got the fold line out completely. All in all they are ok, for the price.

These placemats have lovely colouring that matches my decor. They are super easy to clean and seem durable but I have only had them a short time. I am pleased with the purchase.
