I found them a little uncomfortable though not too bad. However I felt the high part of the insole was too high and pushed my feet over too much and did not align my feet correctly. I can't find them now to take a picture to show what I mean. If I find them I'll take a photograph.

Bought these for my husband, to help make his footwear more comfortable, so this is a true review in his own words...Absolutely crippling to use!!Sadly, these were put in the bin.

Good cheep with STRONG arch support. Arch is a little too far forward for me but good for the price.I prefer the dr sholls every day work insoles.
