I love these filters and the price is great !

Have always used "aftermarket" water filters-- the major brands have someone else make theirs normally, so what is the difference if I cut the middle man out and spent a reasonable amount for this quality disposable item?? These fit my Samsung refrigerator perfectly. All of these filters -- all brands-- are "hard to turn" at change out time; but this one "seats well"-- no leaks. Had been using a different brand -- S***t; -- but they apparently "changed something" and put a "unlock key-??" in with their filters supposedly to make them work-- I can't figure out how the "key" works. These Clear Choice ones work like a charm-- looks like their "lock" cut outs are located differently, and therefore engage the water mechanism easier (?)

Let me preface by saying we live in the Mid-Ohio Valley, home to DuPont and the C8 contamination of our water supply. Filtration is important but so is saving money. The water that comes out of our fridge with these filters is 'delicious' - meaning it has no flavor. It's just crisp, clean, and refreshing. And the price for the three-pack is a fantastic value.

Only giving this a 4 Star because one cartridge leaked. However they were quick to notify me a replacement is being sent. I did find cheaper (COST) filters, but many were made in China. This is made in the USA which I prefer. I used to get a tube of silicon to apply to the rubber gasket years ago, but not sure what company or if it was really necessary. Still, I applied a small amount of WD-40 on my finger and rubbed around the gasket.Very easy to install and I have used this filter for a couple of years and love the quality of water. No after taste.See in the Picture, this is not shipped as seen in the ad, the box is generic with just a code on it. But maybe that is to reduce the cost of shipping? I saw a couple of pictures from others showing the cartridge they received was noticeably different and didn't fit right. Not the case for me as mine matched and fit perfect (except for the one that leaked). I prefer the 3 pack so have the next one ready to install, and the cheaper cost

Moved into a home where the previous owner used these instead of the SAmsung filters. Loved the price, quick shipping and easy to install

This filter, although we purchased before, no longer fits the replacement filter for our Samsung refrigerator. It's too fat and won't even click in. This is so strange but we have been receiving items that we think are knockoffs lately. Came in a plain white box of 3. Disappointed! This is being returned.
