Things like increased energy, reversing oxidative stress, and all the other benefits—even reverse graying hair.Unfortunately, after a brief light happy feeling for a little on just one day, I had to give up on these. I took them for two months and I have a full bottle left. The problem is they made me lethargic and tired. I just took one a day. And after the first few weeks, I reduced it to every other day and that helped a little with the sleepiness. But overall, I just don’t even want to look at the bottle now because I immediately think, oh no, it’s going to zap my energy. After completely stopping, my energy came back. I feel more energy by taking this product with resveratrol and Q10. I used to drink a lot of energy drink like Red Bull per day at work. I no longer need those drinks now. Another good thing may relates to this product is my friends said I look younger. I know Q10 increases energy level and NMN and Res do good with anti-aging. Initially I purchased this product for my mum, she said she feel good with the combination I recommended, I can see less age pigments on her face. And she said she sleeps very well now. I will keep purchasing

No noticeable health benefit even after 3 months, I actually don't feel anything, the product is probably fake.
