Bought this as newly addicted to scentsy but couldn’t justify the cost of buying several warmers until I found this. It’s not as pretty as some others but is actually very pretty when illuminated and subtle when not which is perfect. It warms up the wax well and actually sits more securely than my scentsy one and it’s such a good price!! Absolutely thrilled with it 😊

This is a lovely addition to my little collection. I love the on off switch at the front and the glow from this is really lovely. I use it in my kitchen but would suit any room.

Does not melt the wax at all, have had it on for 4 hours now and still hasn't melted so no smell, very disappointing

we were so disappointed with this lamp, within 10 minutes if using it the bulb had blown, I emailed the seller who sent us 2 new bulbs which was fantastic, however both of those had blown within an hour. However the seller has been excellent and issued us a full refund. Excellent customer service, obviously just one sort of fault within the product which is such a shame.

Lovely as a lamp with out heat but as they do get hot their no good without wax or liquid. In the short time I have had this I tried liquid and wax and neither let out much of any sent at all. Not impressed and won’t buy another

This takes hours and hours to slightly melt the wax and although I've got really good wax melts that work in a conventional wax melt burner, this plug in releases no scent as it can't get the wax warm enough. It's just not very good which is a shame as I love the design.

Product delivery was fast and it came with a spare bulb. When switched on it gives a beautiful ambient glow/light. Unfortunatly it doesnt melt the wax efficiently enough for to release the scent, I've used diff types of wax melt bars from diff companies and none melt very well in this pretty little burner :(
