- I love drinking black tea in a small cup. Before I had to go and refill my cup from kitchen every time when I finish drinking. Not anymore though!- It sense the weight of cup and activate itself. It has two-digit digital indicator. Right digit is for heat power where as the left one is for timer from 1 to 9 hour.- It has long enough power cable from outlet to the top of the table.- It's the perfect price and I love the digital indicator.

I received the warmer yesterday. It is a Father's Day gift for my husband so it will not be used until then. Upon reading the features, I was impressed with the unit. I am sure he will enjoy it for a very long time.Thank you for the separate explanation and personal note that you emailed me. Not many companies reach out to their customers in this fashion.

This mug warmer has been great. I have been using it for a week now and I bought it because I am now working from home and I was used to having a mug warmer at my office and found out real quickly that I wanted one at my home office to keep my tea warm all morning. Once I figured out the touch buttons and followed the simple directions I quickly got a hang of it and it is clean and seamless!

Update9/9/2020:Worked great for all of July (see original review below). I was out of town for all of August. Now I get back and it doesn't work. Turns off as soon as I set the cup on it. Very disappointing - wish I could return it and get my money back. :/Original review:I love this thing! Very nice looking and easy to keep clean.Love the 'timeout' option (turns itself off after the selected number of hours) and the 2 heat settings.With a non-flat bottom cup -which let's face it, most are not flat - the warming doesn't happen fast - but it definitely helps keep it warm and actually heats up the coffee if you leave it there for a long time.Also so glad that it stops heating when there's nothing on the unit. Overall, I'm SO glad I bought this. I'm a person who gets so into work that I forget to drink my coffee and then it gets cold and I have to nuke it. Multiple times. Then it tastes burnt. So this has kept my coffee fresh and warm and I'm so grateful. It's also just a really nice design - aesthetically speaking. Sleek, nice display, minimal. So good. It also counts down so you can see how much time is left for it to stay warm. It's easy to reset and adjust.CONS:It seems a bit finicky when it comes to where you set your mug down. If you put it down too close to the control panel, it shuts itself off. There isn't any sort of indicator/design to show where to place your mug so sometimes it's hard to know if it's far enough away from the controls to stay on. I've had several moments where I look down and the unit has shut off and my coffee is getting cold again because I didn't place the mug just right. Again - just takes some getting used to but for the price, it's still a good buy!

I bought this "hot plate" as a Mother's day gift during quarantine last year. I thought it would keep my mom's tea cup at warmer temperatures. It works, but you have to keep it plugged in, close to an outlet, and it just keeps warm water/tea at the consistent temperature. I feel as if the cup stays hotter than the water.In all honesty, it's no better than having a insulated thermos/flask with the standardized ability to keep liquids hot for up to 12 hours without a plug or wire attached to it.This might good for its price range, but it would just be better to invest in a little more money for an insulated thermos/electric thermos.

I wanted a coffee cup warmer that automatically shuts off, because I could see myself forgetting to shut it off and becoming a fire hazard. Well, on the plus side, this is what I got. However, it constantly shuts itself off after picking the cup up. Sometimes it shuts itself off when you pick up the cup the first time, but most of the time it is the second time you pick the cup up. This is very annoying and counterproductive when you are trying to keep your coffee warm over longer periods of time. I've tried the timed setting to combat this, but the darn thing still keeps shutting itself off.In addition, it doesn't really warm your cup of coffee much. It does get hot, so don't touch it directly (trust me). However, unless the coffee cup is completely flat on the bottom, the cup will not get warm enough to affect the temperature of the liquid inside of the cup. Most coffee cups have a beveled ring around the bottom which means only about 2% of the bottom surface actually comes into contact with the warmer. With the limited amount of heat produced, it is not enough to make a difference.If a company made a warmer and cup that went together, it would be enough to outpace all other competitors.

This is a great subtle low power mug warmer. What I mean by low power is that it does not generate excessive heat, limiting the risk of causing fires, damages, or injuries. It also has a built in safety feature where it turns off heating power when you remove the mug from its stand. In addition, it has a timer so if you ever step away from your desk and forget to turn it off, you won't have to worry about it because it'll turn off when the timer runs out. I am a medical student and work on my desk for hours. I've found this mug warmer very helpful to my productivity and would recommend me to anyone who spends plenty of time on their desk and enjoys warm drinks.
