It works good.

Going on nearly a year of ownership and I have to say I really like this unit. We do not use the hot water feature as I personally feel that is what causes the leaking issue. (My personal opinion) Cold feature is ice cold though. We paired it with a zero water refillable water reservoir and it’s been great. Family uses it non stop, which is what I was hoping for. It was noisy as others have mentioned I figured out it was the metal plate that catches water spillage in the front. It was vibrating, and I just taped it to the unit, noise gone.

After 5 weeks of use the cooler starting leaking and all the water emptied onto the floor. I contacted customer service and the rep (excuse me- "Customer Success Agent") told me to watch a video (for a different cooler) and to disassemble the unit and check the sealing ring. I told them that the drain plug had become loose due to vibrations from the cooler and tightening the drain plug cover stopped the leak but I was concerned that this would happen again. It was clear the customer service rep did not believe me and I was asked to provide a photo to ensure "we were on the same page" which I did.. I won't bore you with the details of 2 days worth of back and forth emails but their ultimate answer was that if the drain plug cover is not tightened it will leak ( Oh really?) Once I told them I would be returning the cooler and giving it a poor rating and review their tone instantly changed. They said they misunderstood and that this had never happened before (sure). I was happy with the cooler until it leaked but the company's arrogance and lousy customer service were more than enough for me. Save yourself the aggravation and buy a cooler from a different company. Hopefully one who listens to their customer when something goes wrong.

My town water is horrible!! When I first moved here, I thought I could use filters. Nope! The filters ran out much too quickly, resulting in really expensive water. I finally started getting bottled water, but transferring it into my fridge became a pain (I like my water cold). I looked at lots of dispensers, but I quickly concluded a full size might not do me any good if it started to leak, with downstairs neighbors! This looks good, has cold, hot, and cool water options for those who prefer room temperature. With its energy rating, I haven't notice a big hike in my electricity bill. Three cheers!

Love that this does not, cold and room temp water. Our tap water is gross and we use too much to keep buying filters, so we got this dispenser and a couple of 5 gallon bottles. It's been awesome. It works well, no leaks or any other problems. It's been well worth it.

I like that it fit on the counter perfectly. The cold water is cold. It's very quiet. I can fit taller containers to fill.

The tower is good overall but this is my second tower. They only use zip ties so be sure to buy a hose clamp to to stop this thing from leaking on you.

Nice but a little bit noisy

This unit works great. Water is very cold, cold or hot. I am very happy with this product.

It seems to run the cooling often, it's very loud and the machine occasionally rattles inside.
