The Holy Bible: Revised Standard Version Containing the Old and New Testaments, Catholic Edition

Lot's of beautiful painting reproductions, church prayers, dictionary, study pages and a few other things. It's written in two column text. It's printed on thin magazine paper. Words of Christ are not red lettered. This is standard with RSV versions. It also lacks a silk ribbon marker. The great number of paintings is definitely a big attraction to this Bible, but I wish they were spread out a little more instead of lumping them together in only a few sections. The biggest saving grace is A Harmony Of The Gospels section. This gives chapters and verses, putting all four Gospels in chronological order.

It was exactly what I ordered, but when it was received and I as looking through it I was disappointed it did not have pages dedicated to establishing family ancestry.

The print size makes it easy to read, old and new testaments and it contains beautiful religious paintings. It also offers so much more like the Stations of the Cross, the Rosary of Our Lady and how to say it, beautiful mystery of the rosary section, Our Family Record section, Biblical Dictionary, The Divine Mercy Message and Devotion and much more.

I liked the features in this Bible. The family tree/records section is what made me choose it over another. I was totally pleased. Gave it as a gift and would choose it again. Nice presentation and quality cover and binding.

I had to return this because I got it as a gift, and someone else did the same. The purchase, delivery, and return all went very well. I would recommend this!

This is the best bible I have owned and I have owned many Bibles.I own this in both the ivory and black and both cover designs are well made.

This is a very nice bible. I purchased it as a gift for my babysitter. She loved it.

Excellent. Be apprised that the photographs are a little out of date but it's good for the family.
