Arrived quickly and was well packed to prevent any damage or problems during transit. Upon opening it looked like new, works like new and is exactly that, new. The only problem I have with Brinks handles is you are unable to simply replace the mechanism which moves when turning the handle. I contacted a local locksmith who informed me that Brinks handles are manufactured this way and their is no way to replace pieces but instead you must buy a new handle. Regardless of this my whole house is already been done with this style and spending $23 to finish it off was minimal but Brinks should look into offering parts for their hardware. Good quality, nice look and overall I am very pleased.

Maybe I was fooled by the Brinks name. This door handle lasted 8 months. Now it won't open at all when lifting up on the handle and barely opens when pushing down. The latch no longer retracts enough to clear the strikeplate. Very disappointed.

Bought this just for the inner shaft that broke on other Brink knob. Fit just like supposed to.
