The book givers a general sketch of some rituals but affords no explanations of depth for anyone beyond curious onlookers. As expected, no Gardnerian revelations.

OFrom an initiated Gardnerian High Priestess...... The first give away this is fake is the middle initial... onthe cover it reads GERALD E GARDNER. His actual initialis a B!!! Gardner's actual BOS has NEVER EVER been published! There have been many attempts to duplicate his work from books he wrote like HIGH MAGIC'S AID, WITCHCRAFT TODAY and MEANING OF WITCHCRAFT. All have failed! The Gardnerian Tradition of Wica is an oath bound practice/religion and Gardner's BOS comes under that oath of never revealing to any not of the family/faith. My recommendation is don't was your money. All you are getting is a false representation. Nothing in any of these so-called Gerald Gardner Book of Shadows is actually what we, the initiated have.

I have enjoyed reading this book and am ready to read it again
