Jellycat Bashful Pink Bunny Soother, 13.5 - Security Blanket & Lovey for Babies - Baby Gift

I got this for my bestfriend's daughter, safe to say this is the most beautiful, wholesome gift one can give.

I received this as a baby shower gift, and my now 4 month old loves it.I like Jellycat in general - their toys are lovely and such high quality. But Jellycat retires their animals on a regular basis - like beanie babies. Old popular toys end up on online auction sites for hundreds of dollars. My best friend learned this the hard way. Her daughter fell in love with Crochetta Mouse- which is now discontinued and impossible to find (if you see one around, let me know). So she has a worn out doll that her 2 year old is fiercely attached to, and she is terrified of the doll being lost or damaged beyond repair.This is a soothie - it's specifically a comforting toy that a child can get attached to. So I came here and bought a second (and considering a third). Seeing how much my daughter loves hers already, and knowing that Jellycat discontinues, I had decided that if I couldn't find a second one, I'd take it away from her altogether and find something else to get attached to.Anyway, glad I didn't have to find something else. This is great. It's SO soft and sweet. And the color of pink is perfect. So is the size. She curls up with it in her arms and It's not so big like a blanket that I worry about it.

Was gifted this lovey for my now 7 year old when he was born, it’s been his favorite since day one, we now have two more babies and I was so excited to have found this lovey, it’s soft, perfect size and washable.

Our family is a fan of Jellycat plush dolls. This was our first time purchasing a security blanket...thus a very exciting moment when we received it. However, one thing that I didn’t expect was the small size of it. It is extremely small. The blanket is more like the size of a handkerchief than a blanket. And the bunny is small as well. However, it is soft and plush as ever! My little one is too young at the moment to show any signs of interest... but I am sure that she will in the near future!

Update, this is the 2nd one we've bought the first one made it just about a year and it's seen better days, even after overnight soakings and washing multiple times it smelled like mildew after being chewed on frequently so we tossed it and bought another, she still loves it even though she knows it's not her old one, we shall see how long this one makes it thankfully she's passed the chewing phase, as you can see i would definitely buy again, it's so soft and cuteThis little bunny is so cute and soft, my baby can actually hold on to it. can't exaggerat enough how soft it is, she loves it

This was the first gift I gave my daughter when she was just 1 month old, and now it is her absolute favorite toy. She sleeps with it every night and her attachment is so significant that I have bought several in case she loses one. They are very soft. With washing, love, and use the bunny part does seem quite "worn", and it leaves me wondering will it last through her childhood ... however the blanket part has held up well, it's in great shape. Even so, I just love them so much and understand why my daughter does too, very snuggly.

I ordered this for a baby shower but made the mistake of leaving the bag on the floor where my dog (black lab who loves soft stuffed animals) was able to get hold of it. So, I had to order a 2nd one for the actual BABY shower :) I was amazed at how soft this is and it's pretty sturdy as it's holding up very well with my lab carrying it around in her mouth and throwing it all over the yard. The bunny is attached to the blanket. It's absolutely adorable!
